Appletree is a spacious Lakeland cottage in a courtyard of similar cottages, with the living accommodation on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. It is located in a very convenient position on the edge of Keswick, a pleasant 10 minute stroll through the park takes you to the town centre, 400 yards from the start of the walk up Latrigg and Skiddaw and easy access from the A66. The Pheasant Inn is directly across the road, serving real ale and home cooked food.
Ground Floor: With gas central heating and double glazing, Appletree comprises: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with coordinated linen. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with coordinated linen. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with coordinated linen. Bathroom: With shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
First Floor: Lounge: With TV, DVD, CD and patio doors to the balcony which leads to the garden. Dining/kitchen: With electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Utility/Shower room: With shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and tumble dryer.
