The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding area. The description of the apartment, led us to believe there would be a sea view, but being on the ground floor, there was not much of a view. The apartment was clean but lacked finishing touches. There was no where to hang or put clothes in the twin bedroom, which meant living out of a suitcase and there was no bedside tables or lamps. The double room had some facilities for hanging clothes but no other furniture in the room. The blinds at the windows were not that good and a hole in one of them. The shower head was held together with an elastic band and bulbs had gone in two lamps. It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack, with useful information for local amenities etc. The kitchen looked new and overal was a nice modern apartment, but just lacked attention to detail.

We had a nice holiday, but the overall distance from the cottage was a little inconvenient.

The flat right in the middle of a beautiful village, with 3 pubs (roches, the strand and duncannon hotel). 4 cafes, and a shop. Loads to do in the area. Flat was great Owner and Cleaner (Siobhan and Sinead) very helpful and friendly Wee problem with toaster, and it was replaced within a matter of hours.
