A stylish three bedroom apartment with panoramic views across Port Isaac and instant access to the coastal path which leads to one of the best surfing beaches in the area.

Beautiful bay views

These bright and well-equipped holiday apartments stand in a commanding position with panoramic views from the front across the stunning Port Isaac Bay. Each apartment boasts at least one en-suite bedroom and all are fitted and furnished to a very good standard. The apartments on the first floor and The Penthouse have balconies to enjoy the views and the ground floor apartments have French doors leading to patios with the same vista. Each apartment comes with its own beach hut-style storage to the rear for bikes or surf boards, which is ideal as the property is only a few miles from some of the best surfing beaches and is yards away from the stunning coastal path.
Set just a short stroll down the hill to the harbour at Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series ’Doc Martin’ where a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants can be found. Also within easy reach are the coastal villages of Boscastle and Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur.
A short drive away is Padstow with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant. From here, cycle (bike hire available locally) or walk along the Camel Trail, a disused railway line which follows the Camel Estuary, to Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin. Alternatively, take a ferry across to Rock to sample the many water sports on offer.
Down the coast is Watergate Bay, the home of kite surfing and also Jamie Oliver’s ’Fifteen’ restaurant, and Newquay with its zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium and a number of sandy, family friendly beaches including the famous Fistral surfing beach.
Guests here are well placed to visit the many attractions that this part of Cornwall has to offer: the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, unspoilt moorland at its best and the choice of beautiful gardens on the south coast should not be missed. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

All on second floor: Living room with French doors/dining room/kitchen with breakfast area, all with wood-effect floor. 3 bedrooms: 2 double (5ft) with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 double (zip and link can be twin beds on request), one with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

DVD. Electric range. Induction hob. Two balconies. Parking (1 car).

All properties: Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Two Freeview TVs. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Shared sitting-out areas to front and rear with furniture. Cycle store. No smoking.

We have stayed in Port Isaac on many occasions. The Penthouse is by far the best property we have stayed at. Like a 6 star hotel. Everything was immaculate and we will definitely be staying here again. The location between Ports Isaac and Gaverne was ideal and on a windswept February day had dramatic views out over the open sea. Absolutely fantastic.

We again loved the apartment. We were pleased to see the mattresses had been renewed. A comfortable bed is a key part of any holiday. The kitchen equipment was adequate but overall a great place to stay.

I had never stayed in a Penthouse before and couldn't wait to arrive. Unfortunately the expectation was soon lost. Once the parking space was located and the long walk and stairs to the top were complete with suitcases in hand; to find just a pint of milk in the fridge and no welcome pack the smile soon left. During the stay every time we sat on the sofa, dirt and crumbs came up from between the seats proving they hadn't been clean properly for sometime and the thought of sleeping in a bed and using towels that may not have been fresh was worrying. When paying such a price the bed linen and towels should be freshly washed and made. On the beds there are signs that say "If you do not use this bed, please leave this card on the linen to indicate it is clean and doesn't need to be changed" What if the property hasn't been used for weeks before. It may be in the best interests for the cleaners and that their belief is environmentally friendly; but I am the paying client and I'm paying for a property which I would expect to have cleanliness and comfort as the priority. The bed was the most uncomfortable and noisy I have ever slept in. Such a beautiful kitchen was ruined by the lack of utensils. The fantastic view and ensuite shower are the only memorable part of the stay. Very disappointing.
