Bedrooms were fine but downstairs is essentially just one room with fridge and boiler noise becoming a little annoying. Appears to be a wooden framed house and traffic noise also proved to be a little annoying at times. I looked up the location on Google Earth before going and did not expect the road to be quite so busy at peak times. The location was good for what we wanted to do. Down to Felixstowe or up to Aldeburgh were fairly short drives. Cycling in Rendlesham Forest was good.

Cosy and comfortable. Large rooms for such an old cottage and loads of storage.

The cottage had everything we required for our three night stay and was in a good location. The bedrooms were light and airy and downstairs was homely and comfortable. I would have liked the information about the cottage and surrounding area to have been in a central place as we only found the information in the visitors book when we came to write in it on the last day. We also struggled with the alarm as having pressed a wrong button once we were unable to successfully reset it. These however were minor niggles that didn't spoil a lovely break in a charming cottage.

I would book it again if the bathroom were refurbished. The quality of the units is disappointing. The shower head in particular is in a barely acceptable condition. The lack of refuse collection information might easily lead to annoyance at the least.

a very comfortable warm and well equipped cottage. Very good bath and shower and car park outside the cottage. The cottage is opposite the church but no church bells to wake you from your slumbers.

Small but warm and homely, well equipped, and with a nice little courtyard. TV & DVD player both working and easy to operate and the sofas were comfy - which things can be issues in holiday rentals. My only criticisms are smallish double bed and noisy fridge freezer. Parking immediately outside but a tight squeeze if you have a large car. It was nice to get access to the cottage early in the day.
