My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely weekend break in the beautiful countryside of the gower. The room was perfect for our needs and our host was very helpful and friendly. The only thing which let the trip down was the bed and the "lazy boy" sofa. Neither were very comfortable and we both found the bed was too small to sleep well in. I would suggest that instead of a sofa right at the foot of an uncomfortable bed get rid of both and have a larger comfy sofa bed that can be folded away during the day to sit on. This was the only minus point of the whole trip but it did mean we left feeling as if we hadn't relaxed enough.

The Annexe is a lovely property, we were met by the owner who was very friendly and explained the facilities etc. The property was spotless and all needs catered for. It's a great base for touring the beautiful surroundings

Off the beaten track, quiet location, accommodation clean and well equipped. Only downside was that i woke up to find a bat flying around the room, not quite sure how it got in as no doors or windows open. Poor phone reception, struggled with e-mails, wifi signal intermittent.
