Perfect location and an ideal size cottage for being out and about.

While it is true the cottage is small, the spare bedroom off the master just holds two single beds, it contains every necessary amenity and my wife and her daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. We mostly spent the evenings there while going out and about in the day. so again, the square footage of the place is of no real consequence. The kitchen is well equipped, though we couldn't find measuring cups or spoons. As another guest pointed out, the tub did drain slow, and the shower a little tight; however, after bringing the slow draining tub to the owner's attention this was dealt with. There is something to be said about communication. We found the owners to be friendly and accommodating. The setting is pastoral. We would definitely stay there again!

Great cottage, great location. Only downsides for us was the patio. Both my children said it was like being in a cage or prison. Trapped behind wooden bars but not allowed in. You can look into the owners garden and the views but you feel caged off. Especially if the garden was being used by the owners and friends. I totally understand the design of the cottage. All of the light comes in via the patio, so this is the reason for the wooden bars to let the light through. for me the answer would have been a small garden for the cottage fenced off.

A well equipped cottage and in an excellent location. Head room upstairs is limited, especially in the shower. We are both tall and had to stoop to get under the shower. The owners were very friendly and we appreciated the welcome gifts. Only a few miles from the centre of Stratford upon Avon and a supermarket just a short distance away. Driveway can get a little busy but always managed to get our car parked.

Lovely warm (maybe a bit too warm for us!) cottage in a great location to visit a lot of attractions. Perfect size for a couple to have a romantic break with a thoughtful welcome package that was much appreciated. As the property is on the owners drive there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing cars but that didn't stop it being a peaceful relaxing week!

A great bolthole for a couple or a family with two small children. It's compact - the sitting room, dining area and kitchen are one open-plan room - but well fitted-out, very clean, lots of hot water, very comfortable
