The property is charming and could be lovely if it was maintained which it is not. Do not rent this property if you truly wish to self cater or if you value cleanliness. Fridge, oven and grill broken. Water from underground spring stains kettle black. The whole place needs a thorough clean - hob, oven, fridge, work surfaces, floors all filthy and dust everywhere. The mother of the "caretaker" told me they did not have a cleaner and she had done her best! Settee old and uncomfortable.
