Great cottage, fantastic location and scenery. Marked down on local amenities as there is only a pub that is local, approx 4 miles and the only reasonable shop, a Co-op, 20 miles away. Amazing garden, fully enclosed and large enough for our dog to happily run freely. Point to note there is some black mould in the bathroom. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This was a lovely place had everything we needed very, remote though, a 30 minute drive to a co-op. You couldn't fault the views, the peace and the walks. We found a couple of beaches that my eldest child said were better than the ones he visited in Greece , they were magical.

We really enjoyed staying at Aird house, with it's fabulous location and the peacefulness. My daughter joined us for a few days with her husband and we all said that we would return to this lovely, clean and comfortable cottage. The views are really fantastic, which ever way you look.

This cottage was a bit on the small side, there were three people in our party, the sloping ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms caused us a problem and even though it is shown as for five people there were only four dining chairs and four garden chairs. Also it was a good job we had shopped before arriving as there was not any milk left for us on arrival at the cottage like other cottages we have stayed in. Only one person could work in the kitchen at once.
