Sandringham Royal Estate and museum 10 miles. Shops 10 yards, pubs 50 yards.

    This property is excellent for a break on the North Norfolk coast as it has a good central position. It is clean and bright with a good kitchen and two rooms for two singles/couples with good facilities in both room suites. It is close to the shops for those last minute purchases.

    We weren't given the full address (number of property in the street) which made finding it difficult. Generally good but odd problems - slats in the twin beds fell out repeatedly, dishwasher failed to work properly, mould and smell in shower room, dripping tap and WC. Instructions for equipment would have been appreciated. Very convenient location for harbour, shops, bus stop, coastal trail.

    My husband and I stayed in this apartment and we thought it a lovely apartment having plenty of character plus a well equipped kitchen. The second bedroom does back onto a well used passageway so there might be a noise issue. The apartment is very well placed for the shops, cafes and the quay and Wells is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

    As we had elderly parent to cater for walking was restricted so being on ground floor right in centre of Wells was wonderful. The apartment was quiet,well decorated and made our holiday. Thankyou

    We had a fantastic holiday in Wells next to the Sea staying in the Admiral Apartment. The location was fantastic and ideal for everything (especially for popping to the bakers for breakfast each morning) great facilities within the apartment and loved having the log burner which we used on a few evenings. Think parking may be a bit tricky in the Summer months.

    Wells Next The Sea is a fantastic place to have a low key family holiday and The Admiral is so central it's perfect with small children. A comfortable and easy apartment with all you need to relax. Great local shops and restaurants right outside the door and less than 500 steps to the harbour and crabbing! No view is the only downside but we knew that before we arrived. We will be back again.

    Great location, straight out from front door of the flats onto the main Staithe Street, short walk to the Quay. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped property. Would love to have made use of the private patio area but just too cold during our stay in March. Patio area is secure and for anyone using bikes would be a safe area to store and easily run in and out of from the car park and allocated parking area. The layout of the flat suited our needs with the 2 bedrooms and shower/bathrooms at either side of the lounge and kitchen allowing a degree of privacy if shared by two couples. Complimentary voucher for local shop a nice touch.
