Modern, clean & comfortable one bedroom cottage in the countryside with easy access by car to all parts of Kent. Canterbury with its cathedral and shops is nearby and a must to visit. We travelled to most coastal towns in the week; Whitstable, Herne Bay, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Dover (& the White Cliffs), Folkestone, Hythe, Rye & Hastings. Plenty of nearby nature reserves such as Stodmarsh, Rye & Dungeness RSPB that are worth a visit. We did benefit from a week of glorious sunny weather! Owners of the property are very nice and live next door. They stay out of your way but would be there if you needed them. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook if visiting Kent again.

Cottage was bright and clean and had everything we needed. Owners (adjoining property) were friendly, dog well behaved. Quiet location, fabulous sunsets. Eateries, shops etc, a drive rather than walk but not unreasonably so. Good base to explore a lot of the Kent coast, Canterbury etc. We had an enjoyable week blessed by good weather.
