Twelve Oaks is an ideal location for those who want to leave behind the strains of city living and relax in a peaceful rural setting. Wander along pretty streams, explore rambling woods, and trek over undulating hills. There are so many attractions close by including Go Ape or cycling in nearby Haldon Hill, Crealy Adventure Park and Woodlands all within a 25 mile radius. Closer to home, visit Paignton Zoo, Model Village at Babbacombe or the cliff railway. There are some very nice sandy beaches in Paignton, Dawlish, and Goodrington. Take a look at all the NT places such as Castle Drogo or Agatha Christies home Greenway. Take a ferry to Dartmouth and visit the castle or take a boat trip up the river.
