Also within walking distance is another award-winning inn, renowned for its fresh seafood. Several other pubs, restaurants and take-aways are only a short drive away. This wonderful area is an ideal base for circular riverside and country walks and to explore the Severn Way. To reach the holiday properties, guests will need to pass through the village of Frampton-on Severn, which is home to the longest village green in England offering two pubs, a village shop, a cafe, canal side walks as well as annual events such as Frampton Feast (August), Giffords Circus (August) and Frampton Country Fair (September). Further along the canal bank in the village of Saul, guests will find a cafe which offers a wonderful spot for tea and cake whilst watching the boats go by. Saul also has a marina.
