Kitchen area: With electric oven and hob, under-counter fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave. The rear window overlooks the shared lawn area with distant views of Castlerigg Fell.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed and clock radio.
Bathroom: With walk in shower, free standing bath, hand basin and WC.
Second Floor: Bedroom 2: Steep and narrow stairs lead up to this attic bedroom with twin beds and lovely views of Skiddaw through the velux roof window.
Den: Small room with desk, ipod/iplayer/mp3 player docking station, books/games/maps & single futon On request the futon can be used instead of one of the single beds in the twin room (the maximum occupancy of the cottage is four people).
All gas, electric, bed linen and towels included. Cot available (bring own bedding please) also a booster seat is available. Four complimentary leisure passes provide free use of the Keswick pool and fitness suite.Shared garden to rear. On road parking. Due to the steep stairs and the ballustrade measurements, care is required in the case of younger children.
